Riccardo decided to create Delega after hearing extensive feedback from corporates that despite the evolution of technology and innovation in the financial sector, some elements of basic service and customer experience are still inefficient, costly and paper-based. Delega is the answer to one of the major pain points for corporate treasurers, and Riccardo has asked some of the subject matter experts he has met in his career to help him solve this problem for the financial industry…once and for all!

A Technology guru with a passion for entrepreneurship, Patrick is a Swiss Irish Tech Entrepreneur, that started his first company when he was just 23. Having successfully built this company to a multimillion Euro distribution business it was sold to a competitor in 1999. From there Patrick became very active in the IT Sector, leading on the technological side various Software house and IT Security initiative.

Tech “freak” with business vision. Petr has developed and launched application for the last 20 years with experience across telecommunication & banking industries.

Mauro is an experienced graphic and web designer with more ten 10 years experience in shaping and designing unique client and user experience.
He loves to create unique and original design solutions that improve the product image. Whatever you will see in the system, Mauro is behind it!

A senior digital marketer with +14 years of experience in B2C and B2B across different industries, Rossella leverages her strong understanding of web and digital marketing best practices to support entrepreneurs and companies in their growth agenda.
Rossella is focused on enabling a better customer experience and growing brand engagement: she likes to think Delega good online positioning is also her credit!
She is also part of the International Coaching Federation.

Joseph is a transactional lawyer at Linklaters Brussels with a corporate banking background as Project Manager for Treasury related projects. His practice is focused on corporate transactions involving major corporations and financial institutions. He also regurlarly advises fintech start-ups. He is the author of various legal publications and books.

Elenia is a CFO with over 20 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting and IT. Prior to joining Delega, she was Head of Controlling for a financial services firms in the insurance sector. She also covered the roles of IT Finance Director for Constellium changing the entire IT financial model across Europe, North America and Asia and also CFO for FCA developing cash forecast, B/S, P/L and supervising FP&A activities.
Elenia holds a MSc in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin, Italy, has completed executive leadership training at the University of St. Gallen, and a Master in Digital Transformation at MIT- Massachusetts.

Cristina has over 10 years of experience in helping several start-ups and companies to grow and develop in terms of skills and people management.
In addition to be an expert CPO, is a certified coach and founder of Intelligentia Docet, a company dedicated to teach professionals and individuals innovative and disruptive learning strategies. She also covered the roles of SOX Compliance Manager for Europe for Pall corporation, implementing and overseeing compliance with rules, regulations and statutory requirements, supporting risk identification and coverage at a global level.

Rob has spent the last 20+ years in banking and financial technology, including leadership roles in Deutsche Bank in Product Management, Implementation & Client Services and as a COO. Across various roles he has always focused on improving and re-engineering operational and client-facing processes. His experience in running large client service teams gave Rob an acute understanding of the challenges large multinational corporations face in managing signatories across multiple bank relationships. Given the opportunity through Delega to help solve this very real industry problem, Rob jumped at the chance to join the core team.

Rob holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from the Open University.

Susana is an experienced Treasury professional with over 15 years in Corporate and Academic roles. In her prior position as Assistant Treasurer for Bombardier Transportation, she led various transformation projects, including implementation of systems and process automations. Passionate about innovation and an advocate for leveraging technology in process improvements, Susana provides valuable guidance to Delega, based on real-life situations faced by Treasurers and her relevant experience in overcoming such challenges.

Jonathan has helped large corporates face challenges in business change for 20+ years. Today, the team stands for leading and innovative FinTech, RegTech & Treasury solutions as a reliable partner for corporates, banks and other financial counterparts. Jonathan has delivered Programs directly with a “Boots on the Ground” approach for organisations in Europe, the United States and Asia since the 1990’s. Prior to Delega Banks, Jonathan lead change Business Transformations for UBS, Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Scotland, IBM, Nokia, Alcoa, Telenor and a Couple of start-ups in Trade Finance and Telecomms. Jonathan holds a BSc from Trinity College Dublin.

Andrew is currently the Chief Revenue Officer of Bleckwen, an analytics based company which supports banks in their efforts to detect and prevent financial crimes. Prior to joining Bleckwen, Andrew spent 20 years at Deutsche Bank in a variety of senior management roles including EMEA Head of Corporate Cash Management business as well working in the Bank’s Central Digital Office as Global Head of the Transaction Bank’s Digital Market Management.

Sven is at Ernst & Young Zurich and looking after the Treasury Competence Group in Switzerland. Over the last decade Sven has gained in-depth experience along the entire Treasury value chain with a strong focus on Treasury technology and transaction lead transformations. His know how and deep understanding of “What a Treasurer wants and needs” is of a great value for the Delega Team.

Stephen is the former Group Treasurer for IATA (International Air Transport Association) and has various decade of experiences across different senior positions within the treasury space across different companies and geographies.
His input and guidance are key to the Delega team as we want to ask the right questions to the right people.

Mario is the Founder & CEO of Zereon Associates, Zurich-based global boutique management advisory Firm that helps companies and startups structure organic and non-organic growth, in terms of process & KPIs, organizational design, capability build / buy, tech adoption, teams development, investor relations and remuneration. Big-4 subcontractor and “of-counsel”, author and speaker, he previously held different senior multinational corporate and consulting Executive Remuneration, Org Design and HR positions.
